8 Rules for Fund Raising

  1. Don't try to do everything yourself—delegate responsibility.
  2. Involve as many members as possible.
  3. Have a definite plan of action, including a timetable of accomplishments.
  4. Have a goal to achieve.
  5. Allow enough time to get the job done but not too much.
  6. Evaluate the program when it is over.
  7. Say, "Thank you."
